A. Yes, JM initially manufactures standard bolts, nuts, screws, but in the past 11 years,JM has already developed successfully 580 customized parts in different sizes .

2-savol: Siz buyurtma qilingan qismlarning qaysi turlarini taqdim etasiz?

A. JM provides cold heading parts, hot forging parts, stamping parts, machining parts, sheet metal parts, cold working parts, Zn-Al Die casting parts ,powder metallurgy parts ,and other customized parts.
JM is capable of providing customized parts not only with single-process ,but also with a variety combined crafts.

Q3. Har bir tayyorlangan qism qolib haqiga muhtojmi?

A. Not all customized parts cost mould fee. For example, a turning part does not need a mould yet requires the appropriate tools and fixtures. JM spends labor costs in making samples , therefore charges certain sample fees.It will be returned after placing an order.

4-savol. Sizning fabrikalaringiz qayerda, tashrif buyurishim mumkinmi?

A. JM has its factories.We have invested in multiple factories, which are mainly located in Shanghai and Zhejiang Province. You can visit the corresponding factories depending on the products to be purchased. Please feel free to visit our factories and give guidance. We can pick you up at the nearest airport or train station.

6-savol: Siz sifatga qanday kafolat berasiz?

A. JM conducts quality control in strict accordance with the ISO9001 Quality Certification System. JM practices the worker's self-inspection and routing inspection on a regular basis during production, the QC strict sampling before packaging and the delivery after compliance. Each batch of products is accompanied by Inspection Certificate from JM and raw materials test report from the steel factory.

7-savol. Agar men qolib haqini to'lagan bo'lsam, lekin nomuvofiq namunalarni olsam, nima qilasiz?

A.Faqat nostandart qismlarni ishlab chiqish uchun, biz namunalarni 2 marta mos kelmagan taqdirda qolip to'lovini qaytaramiz. Agar sizga qoliplarni tayyorlash uchun ko'proq imkoniyat beradigan bo'lsangiz, biz muvaffaqiyat qozonguncha o'qishni davom ettiramiz.

8-savol. Qayta ishlash uchun MOQ nima? Mog'or to'lovi bormi? Kalıp to'lovi qaytariladimi?

Nostandart mahkamlagichlar uchun MOQ: 1-2 tonna akk. turli qismlarga, ma'lum miqdorga yetganda qaytarib beriladigan mog'or haqini zaryadlash, bizning narximizda to'liq tasvirlangan.
B. Shtamplash qismlari uchun MOQ: Qiyinlik darajasi va qismlarning o'lchamiga qarab. Biz kotirovkada to'lovni olamiz va ma'lum miqdorga yetganda, bizning narximizda to'liq tasvirlangan holda qaytarib beramiz.
